Job Description :

Opening: Administrative Clerk

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Pay: $18-$20 + Benefits

Provide primary support to Management
Perform varied and highly skilled administrative and some accounting duties that require thorough understanding of the company’ s’ managed assets
Conduct business in a manner that attracts and retains tenants by performing the general duties as well as the following position specific duties
Manage vendor accounts to include reconciliation of charges and payments
Receive and process all invoices according to established procedure, including coding and submittal to Property Manager for approval
Prepares checks for distribution to vendors according to established procedure
Process all rent invoices
Prepare all invoices for tenants for miscellaneous receivables
Maintain files for invoices
Process bank deposits
Asses late fees and collect delinquent rent
Prepare work orders, dispatches maintenance personnel, and follows-up on completion status
Monitor and maintain Tenant Handbook to accommodate service requests and conference room reservations
Update Tenant Handbook webpage as needed
Reconcile and maintains petty cash checking account
Assemble orders for office supplies
Maintain files including – lease, vendor and accounting files
Update and maintains tenant lists
Maintain key logs for tenants and controls and tracks temporary keys and badges
Draft letters and documents as needed
Generate monthly variance reports

Professionalism Qualities
Customer service oriented
Ability to discern clients’ needs
Ability to handle difficult situations with clients
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Alaska Driver’ s License
Able to be insured by company’ s auto insurance
Twelve months General Office or Customer Service experience
Knowledge of basic mathematics, writing and reading comprehension skills
Must possess excellent computer software skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and web-based programs
Experience in residential rental office highly desirable
