PHYSICIAN – ANESTHESIOLOGIST
SITE OF SERVICE:
Langley Medical Group – Hampton, VA
Full Time Position
POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Degree: (Have one of the following from an accredited university):
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.
Internship/Residency: Successful completion of an internship and residency program which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association.
Experience: Must have had at least 2 years in the required clinical discipline.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a M.D./D.O. in any State.
DEA: Current Registration
Board Certification: Current ASA Board Certified Anesthesiologist;
Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
U.S. Citizenship: Shall be U.S. citizens.
English Language Requirement: Individuals under this contract are able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate.
Physical Capability: Physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
Hours:
Shift hours are Monday-Sunday. Employee may work 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hour days; however no work will exceed 80 work hours within a 2 week period.
