Title/Role: Business Development Consultant
Company: thermabliss by Spa Revolutions
Description: Consult with Spa Owners/Operators, Directors, Assistant Spa Directors and Spa Managers to provide their properties with a sustainable, self-heating spa treatments for Skincare, Massage and Pedi/Mani services. Company seeks a competent industry professional to spearhead follow-up with warm leads who have already experienced the products. Following our just completed launch, we are in a rapid growth phase. You will be consulting with marquee destination resorts, premium day spas, as well as salons who have already expressed interest. The Company participates monthly in high level trade events around the USA to generate additional hot leads for this position. There is little to no cold calling. The exciting new thermal wellness technology behind the new thermabliss Spa Collection delivers sustainable natural mineral energy activated by tap water for up to 90-minute sanitary and portable, client-exclusive treatments without electrical appliances.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday or Monday – Friday (negotiable)
Training: In-office during training then, work from home or, work from office is negotiable
Work will be in Method CRM with emails through Outlook and calls through Ring Central. Weekly planning meeting with ad hoc meetings as needed.
Direct Report: Client Success Manager (ensures proper on-boarding through Method CRM and training through Director of Education)
Base Salary: $40,000 annually
Commission: 12.5%
Total Compensation $65,500 to $95,000 annually with commission and benefits
Benefits after 90-day Probation: Medical, PTO and Company Holidays
