Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

Support program strategy and marketing campaign development to increase HawaiianMiles program and partnerships revenue
Drive marketing creative development by collaborating with marketing teams and HA brand
Execute marketing initiatives via email, print, partner channels, events, etc.
Track and report product placements in all channels; work with internal marketing channels to obtain reporting
Provide customer service support to internal/external customers and business partners
Research and troubleshoot customer service cases to provide resolution options
Update and maintain product T&Cs, FAQs, and training materials
Provide general program administrative support, including but not limited to processing payments and invoices, and IT administration and database support
Collaborate with internal teams to build and process membership communication and partner marketing emails
Assist with training front-line staff on HawaiianMiles membership program and partnerships
Other duties as assigned or directed

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Critical thinking and investigative skills for researching issues and problem solving
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written); must be able to effectively communicate with internal departments and external customers / business partners
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Ability to learn and use new database and software platforms to support program servicing
Must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of professional work experience, preferably in airline marketing or travel related industry
Analytical skills; experience in reporting metrics and KPIs
Familiarity with airline systems (e.g., Sabre), customer databases and marketing database/CRMs
Knowledge in specialty systems including Asana
