As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for daily production workflow and processes. There will also be times where it may be necessary to troubleshoot various user access issues and provide technical support as it relates to our applications.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
Ensuring that daily production is processed timely while adhering to standard operating procedures
Ensuring adherence to governance regulations and policies
Working alongside a fully remote team to deliver outstanding customer service
Respond appropriately and timely to customer service calls and emails while adhering to standard operating procedures
Understand your internal and external customer’s needs so that work is prioritized while brainstorming potential efficiencies
What will you bring to the role?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: customer service, trust, financial services, or account management or in lieu of military experience
Previous corporate trust experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
