Job Description :
Key Role:
Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Develop, coordinate and review Basic Facility Requirements (BFR) per Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Service and DoD policy. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction; mentors and supervise team members. Ensure all aspects of design and development have been considered in military construction (MILCON) projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with military construction (MILCON) projects
Knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to U.S. military bases in the Pacific
Knowledge of Theater Posture Plan elements
Ability to conduct planning, programming, and execution functions associated with component or combatant commands
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with communications with senior level staff
Knowledge of the Defense Posture Review Initiative (DPRI) and other DoD posture efforts in the Pacific theater.
Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and perform within time-sensitive situations.

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
