Job Description :
Position: Front Desk / Office Clerk – Kihei
Type: Part-Time, M-F
Summary:
Manage the front area of the office. Communicate with team members from multiple offices as applicable. Operate basic office equipment to process tasks that require scanning, faxing or making copies. Assisting with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries/vendors. Regular attendance is a must.
Qualifications:
Work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
Customer service attitude
Works well with people
Basic office skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office/Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Greet and address clients
Manage mainline calls and voicemail
Scanning & filing documents
Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Basic data entry
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
