Equivalent Experience
TEKsystems in Hawaii is looking for someone who wants to go into IT and had experience in customer service to support one of the local companies in Hawaii! This person will work on site and needs to be sitting in the island of Oahu. Please apply to posting if you are interested and one of our associates will call or email you.
Description:
50% of time will be Web Support
Calling customers and helping them get into their online account.
This may involve troubleshooting their computer settings.
Helping them with problems with their electrical account.
50% of the time will be Social Media Analytics
Export reports from social media tools (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
Analyze the content of those interactions
Research news sites to see if there’s any information/data for the company.
Qualification’s Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
Experiences in answering phone calls from customers.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Ability to workout supervision after training.
