Job Description :
HR Recruiter:
Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for a temporary HR recruiter for a large local organization!
Duties:
Perform full-cycle recruiting, including hiring qualified personnel and facilitating the onboarding process.
Coordinates recruitment efforts which includes website postings and external job board postings
Provide support to special talent acquisition projects
Must be comfortable operating phone, computer, printer, fax and copier
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or related field. 4 years of HR recruitment and onboarding experience may substitute educational requirement
2 years progressive experience in direct recruitment and onboarding required
Compensation and direct customer service experience preferred
HRIS experience in PeopleSoft highly desirable
Proficient with MS Office
Pay: Up to $30 per hour, depending on experience
