Job Description
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station/retail store· Responsible for all personnel management including, but not limited to, selection, performance appraisals, professional development, payroll, meal break compliance, discipline, and termination
· Responsible for scheduling of personnel and making sure management is present or available by phone for all shifts
· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices, check requests, weekly and monthly reports
· Maintain clean and safe work environment for employees and customers and immediately report any equipment issues to the District Manager· Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products at all times and that there are adequate store supplies.· Monitor gasoline inventories and properly report discrepancies· Clear and frequent communication with employees and District manager, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the station/store
Job Requirements
· Must have ability to work all days and all shifts· Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment· Ability to work independently and with a team· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Must have red card or be willing to traing and take the exam.
· Professional, courteous contact with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
· Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company image standards
