Work you’ll do
Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
3+ years of experience managing agile and scrums teams
3+ years of experience in technical and common office software
Experience prioritizing and organizing backlog
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $161,000.
Preferred:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certificate
Ability to pay attention to details
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced-environment
Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
