1. Process Audit – Manintaining & following the check list and ensuring all inward / outward accounting entries are maintained, stock tracking to ensure no stock outs . Governance of the process laid down 2. FSSAI Norms – Premix preparation as prescribed, Shelf Life of the PreMix, Cleanliness and Smooth operating machines, Monitor spares requirement 3.
Operational Observations – Softy order by Customer , Customer feedback, Invoicing & sales process 3.Safety Compliance – electrical points provided are in good condition, Machine spares are assembled in the prescribed manner, softy dispensing time & process to be followed. Machine Cleaning process is followed at the end of the end with proper care 4. Breakdown – reduced downtime & trainings to ensure machine is operating at all times during the scheduled timings 5. Monitoring Process thru CCTV and reporting any discrepancy 6.
Ensure buisness growth, improvement over last year 7. Daily reporting to your supervisor / manager in prescribed format
