Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for invoice processing for Aviation group and will manage end to end process from invoice receipt to payment including and not limited to exception clearance, reporting and critical payment support within US region.
Learn and understand end to end P2P process including ODC, Ariba and Oracle tool. Prior knowlede of P2P applications and process will be an added advantage.
Perform multiple BAU activities like liaison for of exception invoice clearance, calls with requestors, exceptions reporting, batch upload in Oracle, Invoices processed but not paid / invoices clearance, internal department project support.
Good command in excel, and should have good build and leverage relationship attitude to get the queries resolved.
The candidate would be required to consistently understand and exceed customers requirements/expectation whilst ensuring effective teamwork all the time.
The candidate should be able to maintain high level of accuracy, productivity and compliance standards.
The candidate from time to time will be request to support variious process enhancement initiatives and projects.
the candidate shall ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes handled by the team.
the candidate shall ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures besides contractual and regulatory requirements as applicable.
the candidate shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with customer / business partners, technologies and other interface groups.
Graduate or MBA with minimum 2 years of working experience, must be proficient with english language.
Must have good communication, interpersonal skills and be good in excel and powerpoint.
Must have sound analytical skills.
Must have sound written and oral communication skills.
