Role & Responsibilities-Contracting Support-
Schedule interviews and meetings
Follow up closely with stakeholders on the assigned tasks and next steps
Order resources like IT access, background checks and others for the contractors
Validate contractors’ timesheets and work with Purchasing Team on billings
Maintain and distribute necessary reports to stakeholders
Document management
General Admin-
Arrange both internal and external events
Provide administration support to team you are assigned to and its senior leaders
Works with our Purchasing team to create purchase requisitions for our local teams in our SAP system
Organize mails, courier services and reception duties when required
Develop and update administrative systems and processes to make them more efficient
Perform additional administrative duties or participates in additional projects as assigned.
As we operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, successful individuals must be proficient in Microsoft Office and is familiar with office administrative procedures. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with our contracting vendors and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.Requirement & Skills-
At least 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in the high-tech companies with proven admin experience
High school diploma or equivalent education; college degree preferred
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
