UK Based Client, from Hospitality industry i.e food and beverages, has Oracle based Application (MICROS) to Support. The resource needs to have Application Support Knowledge. The day to day task involve various menu launches where in the menu data needs to updated in system from back end using MICROS and the data flush to various restaurant sites. The resource needs to have focused approach and Willingness to learn, flexible enough for shift hour coverage and ready for wk end support as well. The job profile also has high number of email communications involved hence candidate needs to have good email communication skills. The profile also has reporting area where different reports needs to be generated and analyzed.
