Job Title: Apllications & Visa Executive
Exp: 1-2 Yrs in processing student visa & applications
Salary: upto 5 LPA
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Alternate 5 & 6 days working
Working Hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm
Time to Join: Immediate

Role Definition
The WorldGrad is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student
admissions team. As the Applications and Visa Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling the Admissions back-office operations
2. Complete the end to end University application processing, which includes:
a. Receiving documents from the counsellor
b. Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete
c. Filing the University application (depending on where the student wishes to
progress)
d. Follow up with student/university partner for any pendency in
documentation/processing
e. Receiving the final offer letter from the University and sharing with the counsellor
3. Maintaining relationships with university partners to relieve bottlenecks and ensure the
smoothened experience for students
4. Assist the student with our VISA liaison (communicating document requirement per
SOPs, sharing of documents, follow-up)
5. Follow-up and fast track cases as per need with the team
6. Meticulous note taking, record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads
7. Take initiatives to improve the TAT of the life cycle
As the Applications and Visa Executive, they will have the unique opportunity to be the key
hinge for the counselor – student and the university partner.
Who are we looking for?
1. Qualification: Bachelor degree
2. Experience:
? 1-2 years in an Ed-tech/Educational institute handling back-office operations
? 1-2 years experience of handling application and VISA processes at a study
abroad education firm
3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up
mechanism
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software – LSQ experience will be preferred
6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a “get-it-done” attitudeJD for Applications and Visa Executive
