About The Job Role

This position works as an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Team providing first-line HR operations support to all departments within HR, employees, and stakeholders. This role represents HR Shared Services on various HR projects, employee life cycle operations from Hire to Retire, and analytics reporting.

This team serves as an interface to the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and non-HR functional departments (like IT, Facilities, Security, etc.) to appropriately and effectively resolve/escalate/facilitate the resolution of requests.

What You’ll Do Here

On-boarding new joiners and ensuring they have a WOW day 1 experience including facilitation sessions, documentation etc.
Being the go-to person for employee queries on HR policies/processes
Managing employee separation process which includes updating records, sending out mails for clearances, explaining the process and handing over letters
Making process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices
Handling miscellaneous HR operations.
Prepare employment verification letters based on the nature of requests received
Support and help in background check process
Help with basic reports and MIS management
Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards
Maintain HR system with accurate and updated information

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of relevant working experience
Bachelor’s degree in any field. A MBA/PGDM degree is preferable
Understanding of HR operations including on-boarding, off-boarding, background check, benefits operations, compliance & audit
Proficiency in MS Excel
Passionate about HR as a function and its deliverables
Good interpersonal and communication skills. An analytical mind, a high degree of process orientation & an eye for detail
Result oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
Highly Organised and Self-motivated
