Job Description
Overview of responsibilities: Manage the overall Myntra Catalog quality, ensuring that it meets the organizational standards. Solving first level queries related to content/quality issues so that the process runs smoothly and targets are achieved
Tasks and responsibilities
Performing daily QC checks (as per targets defined)
Analyzing the trends of errors and preparing reports accordingly to gauge the performance of the team and the catalog processes
Determining the training needs of the team and formulating training to improve the quality
Ability to share constructive feedback with the QC and content team
Attend to ad hoc requests/queries within defined TAT
Daily FTP reports to gauge the performance of the Catalog processes
Train QCs and new hires on an ongoing basis, so as to achieve pre-defined quality standards. Be responsible for the team FTP to a large extent
Resolving customer issues which involves coordinating with different departments, investigating and correcting them to maintain the quality of catalog
Propose/implement projects aimed at improving Myntra Catalog Quality
Competencies:
Strong analytical and reasoning skill
Should be able to maintain an objective opinion
Highly organized with excellent time management
Ability to multitask and eager to add to their knowledge base
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Foresight- ability to refine the current process and implement new ideas to increase efficiency of the team
