E-Merge tech is seeking a Bioinformatics scientist to provide analytical services in variety of genomic datasets
Need to work collaboratively and independently contribution to genomic, transcriptomic and clinical data projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work along with team of curators, computational biologist, bio-statisticians etc
Post graduate in Bioinformatics, or 3+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
Hands on experience in analyzing NGS data
Experience with writing reports and presenting results to clients
Well verse in public data sources – TCGA, CCLE, Ensembl, GTEx, Achilles, etc.
Skills
Experience in differential expression, single cell analysis and genomic variation
Good communication skill
Attention to details
Proficient in ‘R’ Programming
Proficient in python and perl
Required Qualification
3+ years work experience
Proficient in ‘R’ Programming, Python, Perl
Post Graduate in Bioinformatics
