The Business Operations Analyst I will help drive key initiatives focused on tool and process improvement for the Business Intelligence & Automation (BIA) group within the CCB Access Management organization, supporting Consumer and Community Banking. This individual will work with IT, Business Controls, Business Users, Global I&AM and the CCB RBAC program key stakeholders. This individual will be proficient at communicating with teams across lines of business to help drive solutions around the RBAC model for AMG organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring solutions are delivered timely with accuracy and with appropriate transparency during the working process. This individual will also be asked to analysis process, tools and controls across the access management process for CCB. The position requires a high degree of self-motivation, communication, and analytic skills.
Technical Skills:

Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using Alteryx, SharePoint, Tableau, is a must – Java/ Python skills would be a plus

Knowledge Base/Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of business function access needs/controls, strategy and technology across the firm
General Skills:

Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development teams, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
Develop best practices, incorporate efficiency principles, identify and propose tactical and strategic opportunities to improve application and process safety and soundness
Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and deliver strategic solutions to clients targeting customer satisfaction and service levels
Establish status reports to evaluate the progress and quality of assigned projects
Knowledge of the SDLC toolset and agile methodologies with a delivery driven mindset
