Company is a 3 Decade Coal Company at Vizag. They are an Importer & Trader of Indonesian Steam Coal, South African coal, Australian Coal, US Coal, Stevedoring & Handling Agent.They require a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum industry experience of 5 years for appointing as a Chief Accountant (Accounts & Taxation Dept.). Their requirements as well as the HR Policy are as follows:Designation : – Chief Accountant (H.O.D Taxation & Accounts.)1. Team leader: – Having ability to perform independently with strong interpersonal skills, Accounts skill with qualification of CA.2. Bookkeeping: – Day-to-Day Accounting, Reconciliation of Accounts, Monitoring Invoicing (24×7).3. Statutory Compliance: – Solely responsible for reconciliation & returns filing of GST, TCS,TDS, PT, ROC, as per the prescribed timeline by Govt. along with IT & GST Audit.4. Preparation of entity – level Profit and Loss MIS along with commentary on variances on a monthly basis to report to the management.5. Finalization of Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Financial Statements.6. The Candidate must follow Company’s SOP in the above process.7. Accounting Software: – Tally – Prime.8. Enthusiastic, Dedicated, Disciplined to work.9. Language Preference: – Read, Write, Speak (Hindi and English)10. Candidates must be ready to relocate.11. Candidates must have industry experience of 5 years.CTC (P.A.) : Rs. 9,00,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000/-Note: – The annual CTC, is open for negotiation based upon the profile of the candidate. Our HR Policy: -1/ 10% of the CTC will be deducted on monthly salary under the head Incentive, which will be payable annually.2/ If the company will provide Food and Accommodation to the employee, 7000 per month will be deducted from his / her salary.3/ No leave, except Sunday.
