Position Summary
Business Continuity Management
Job Overview:
Responsible to coach and mentor team and customers regarding the Resilience Planning principals and practices. Developing process improvements and methodologies using region and country industry frameworks and Cyber Information Security policy and standards. Be a subject matter expert in BCM tools and asset inventories (application, infrastructure, etc.)regarding resiliency information. Experienced in responding to audit requests and customer inquiries regarding resiliency planning. Responsible for technology, business continuity, crisis management in addition to disaster recovery.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the document repository for plans and testing information.
Perform analysis on data to provide reporting on gaps and remediation efforts for resolution of gaps.
Develop and produce to inform on the status and performance of the Resilience Governance Program.
Promote awareness of Cyber Information policy and standards as well as Resilience Governance plans, processes and arrangements.
Develop and monitor data health reports / dashboards and resolve any issues
Develop, document, and implement BCM/IDR data audits and address any issues that arise
Train business continuity plan owners on process and provide day-to-day assistance as needed
Qualifications:
The candidate will have a general understanding of technology and disaster recovery.
Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. computer science, computer engineering or risk management)
Skilled Communicator – Facilitator; able to engage and interact with all organization/cultural levels.
Detailed oriented and highly organized.
Understanding of critical business processes, risks and controls.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and functions.
Strong analytical skills and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
Strong understanding of Visio as well as PowerPoint.
General understanding of ServiceNow.
General understanding of technology systems and data center components.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
