Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
You will lead the content marketing team in creating engaging and unique research-driven thought leadership content, blogs, downloadable , SEO articles, videos, podcasts, guest-authored articles, business proposals, etc to guide customers through their journeys on the website and distribute content via organic search, social media, newsletters, etc.
Understand our buyer personas and their goals and challenges to create a content marketing strategy to drive engagement. Work with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, product, sales, design, web-dev, etc.
Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused content marketing programs to engage and acquire prospects
Own the content calendar to scale our messaging and support lead-gen programs across regions
Leading and building a social media strategy as a part of the overall content marketing roadmap.
Work cross-functionally with Social, Content, PR, and Creative partners to inspire and raise the bar on marketing creatives.
Ensuring the brand starts seeping into pop culture, and there is a consistent upwards trend in conversations, social engagement, and the equity for our content.
Designing a framework that ensure the optimum and most efficient marketing deployment and its expected sampling/conversion outcomes.
Bringing creative and executional excellence to all aspects of social media marketing including Moment marketing.
Overseeing Performance Marketing for content
Ensuring all social content marketing is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Oversee and maintain operational processes by instituting systems and procedures to ensure an efficient, streamlined social media marketing process.
Define mutually beneficial marketing roadmaps for that brand recognition and product adoption.
Deep dive into consumption outcomes and marketing impact, and continually experiment on marketing approaches and tactics to consistently improve ROI.
Make recommendations to the Head of Mktg, on content development and deployment approaches that would allow us to improve scale and conversion outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates are preferable.
8- 10 years prior experience in content writing and marketing.
Ability to hire, manage, mentor and inspire a team of content marketing professionals
Prior experience in creating marketing content like SEO articles, thought leadership content,
blogs, downloadable , whitepapers, etc
Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience
Experience of having created communities & managing them will be a plus.
Strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to innovate and implement new content ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An eye for quality and attention to detail
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
Work from office
Monday-Friday (9:30am to 6:30pm)
