JOB PURPOSE: To create, proofread and edit web-based content and work in close coordination with a multi-dimensional team including digital marketing and creative teams to generate, test and optimize intuitive content and improve overall user experience.Responsibilities: 1. Ability to adapt to the varied content requirements and produce good quality content for the company website, blog, social media pages, videos, other online platforms/ offline publications while remaining committed to achieving targets and timelines.2. Eliminating redundancy, syntax and factual errors while creating and editing content. Increasing its engagement value for better reach.3. Proofreading, re-structuring, and editing articles produced by other content writers with the help of the Style Guide.4. Ensure that content language and tonality complies with the brand vision, usability and conversion requirements.5. Collaborate with dermatologists to evaluate the clinical procedures and service level compliance.6. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on the content and conversion experiments. An ability to meet the challenges of content marketing.Desired candidate: 1. Minimum experience of 7 years as a writer/editor in publication houses, newspaper, media or magazines.2. A degree in English Literature or mass communication.3. Proven writing and editing skills to produce both short and long format of content within the specified timelines.4. Ability to learn things quickly and adapt to varied content marketing requirements.5. Responsible team player who understands the importance of compliance and branding principles.6. Excellent command over English language, understanding over the content marketing trends would be mandatory for the role.7.
