You will create easy-to-understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance, and usability in this position. A strong knowledge base and the ability to work cooperatively with other teams are a must.
Responsibilities:
Draft technical articles on a variety of topics like Javascript, AWS, etc.
Support other team members in reviewing their articles and improve on them.
Work with internal teams to create product documentation.
Create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals.
Write straightforward user tutorials and interface text.
Utilize a variety of media forms; include images and charts.
Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary.
Skills:
Excellent overall writing skills in different writing styles and tones.
Impeccable spelling and grammar.
A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
Some experience with online marketing and lead generation is a plus.
Understanding of formatting articles on the web.
