Business development Penetration of PL and HL on corporate to increase.
Performance management Improvement in Average Productivity.
% of SM’s above benchmark productivity, to ensure the bottom 20% SM’s also become productive Channel Management To ensure biz generation through activation of corporate with the help of Corporate Salary team Various activities at corporate to ensure growth in volumes basis allocated corporate wise targets of PL and HL.
Target achievement To ensure that 100% target is achieved as per the benchmark set To achieve targets on IRR and Processing fee, set based on corporates managed Turnaround time to best in class Closely monitoring of TAT on daily basis at each stage, Pushing the team for better E2E TAT Other quality parameters to be achieved FTNR, productivity, Corporate benchmarks needs to be achieved by setting the proper process in place like training, monitoring and updating post the activities.
