Job Description – Job Description – Experience of 3-4 years in the area of Direct taxes in a mid size or large corporate or good consulting firms
Working experience in the area of Direct Taxes, Good knowledge of transfer pricing, Ability to understand the business transactions and application of methods of transfer pricing,
Knowledge of tax filings, tax audits, Ability to attend tax department for assessments, other enquiries, Good interpretation skills of tax laws
Ability to address the issues arising in e-compliance such as e-filing of tax returns, TDS returns, Annual information returns, Form 15CA / 15CB and such other compliances
Knowledge of accounting standards more particularly deferred tax accounting,
Additional Requirements –
Good MS-excel, MS-word and power point knowledge, Good communication skills and drafting skills
Preferred exposure – Job Description – Experience of 3-4 years in the area of Direct taxes in a mid size or large corporate or consulting firm
Key Challenges
Decision Making Authority (( Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the
manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).
PERSONAL PROFILE :-
Educational Qualifications: – Chartered Accountant or Inter –CA with good experience
Experience :- 3-4 years in mid size or large corporate / consulting firm
Age – below 30 years
Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Direct taxes
Skills: Good interpretation of law, Good communication skills, Good IT skills
