About Our Client

Job Description
The candidate should have had full journey experience of scaling up Software product & technology from scratch within a B2C or B2B environment during zero to one growth phase of the start-up.
The candidate built and led engineering teams that have scaled along the journey.
Relevant senior experience (5+ years) within companies that have proven scale will be preferred.
The candidate should have direct experience & / or managed teams across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure
Candidate should have nuanced understanding of trade-offs among features, risks and costs.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams for leveraging inputs in product development
Proven ability to work in the intersection of technology and business to drive revenue growth
The Successful Applicant
A Btech + MBA graduate from a premium institute with 10+ years of experience
Hands on experience of leading large engineering teams and steering them towards meeting deadlines and estimations
Experience of working on B2B/B2C platforms in the internet commerce, ecommerce, logistics or any other relevant domain.
A Technology enthusiast with an equal passion and experience in ideating and creating product lines and defining product roadmaps
Excellent leadership skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication
