We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our growing Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative.
As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to Internal and External customers and stakeholders. You would also focus on processing orders into order management system this would include inventory checking with planner/working with TOPL planner for stock availability.
The role is Mumbai based and will report to Customer Service Supervisor.
How you will contribute
Process invoices and credit notes as needed.
Provide shipment/order related information and product literature as needed to sales/business finance.
Manage customer calls and inquiries.
Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the ERP SAP system.
Create a positive internal/external customer experience.
Manage end to end order fulfilment process.
Process samples (standard package) as needed as per process outlined.
Respond to customer complaints via GCMS tool.
Actively support Supply Chain Organization objectives and strategies which might require changes in roles and responsibilities.
Analyze customer data utilizing reports and systems – to understand key customer / key distributor demand behaviour so as to manage the ordering cycle.
Adhere to department ISO procedures (job instructions, processes / procedures)
Drive continuous process improvements in the Customer Relations Team and Supply Chain.
Travel as needed
Responsible for managing the end to end consignment process via forecast and inventory levels at customer location where applicable.
Adhere to audit/compliance reporting/requirements.
Monthly Cycle Count /Annual Physical participation.
Participate in any ad-hoc project.
Knowledge in Foreign Trade.
Responsible to coordinate international orders, dealing with Broker, shipping companies, etc.
What you will need to be successful
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in commerce, MBA or any other relevant discipline.
At least 6 – 8 years of experience in Customer Service.
Experience working with automated order fulfillment and financial computer systems, global procedures.
Experience in customer facing role.
Understanding of Order to Cash process.
Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Letter of credit must.
Sound knowledge in SAP.
Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Positive attitude with zeal to learn new things.
Ability to summarize processes and information in a clear and concise manner.
