Purpose of the job:

This is an opportunity to join the global market leader in marketing execution at a time of continued growth, client wins, and business expansion.
Supporting colleagues from around the global business, you will be positioned within the Global Sales Support team, based in India. Your primary role will be wide-ranging, with particular focus on:
Salesforce Administration
Digital Marketing
You will work as an integral part of the Global Sales Support team (which includes bid and presentation specialists) and a range of international stakeholders (primarily in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, but also including colleagues from LATAM, EMEA and APAC).
We are looking for a proactive individual to maintain our CRM system, Salesforce, as well as help us continually improve and enhance the platform as/when required. This includes working with the UK Sales and Marketing Operations team to help design best practice solutions to meet the needs of an evolving and growing business, and then implementing the technical solution within Salesforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration and distribution of HH Global’s internal and client communications across all regions, via our email distribution platform,
Act-On. You will also assist with the creation and formatting of client newsletters, and other external email communications to suppliers and clients, liaising closely with various Account Mangers to ensure these are on-brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce CRM
Maintaining our CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflow and security.
Administrating and adding all weekly updates relating to (but not limited to) pipeline management, contract database management and all associated reporting and insights
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
User adoption support including training, creating training materials and general support
Digital Marketing
Formatting and distribution of both internal staff communications and external client/supplier communications across all regions via our email distribution platform
Monitoring and administrating the various internal and external communications through our team management platform
Formatting client newsletters, and liaising with key account stakeholders to make amendments to the newsletter layout and content
Liaising with internal teams to manage and update distribution lists

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
You must have excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels both in-person and remotely
Time management skills and the ability to self-motivate are essential
Detail oriented
You must be able to handle pressure and prioritise tasks effectively while working towards deadlines
You must have the ability to conduct thorough research and distil information into easily digestible formats.
You must be dynamic and professional, and willing to be flexible to accommodate the demands of client deadlines
You must be a competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel
You should have an appetite to learn new skills, software packages, and develop your understanding of our services and proposition
