Planning & execution of directors action plan (Weekly and monthly)
Design the Sops of the respective department & effective implementation
Helping hands for the directors and HODs to achieve their KRA
Work follow Ups from different HODs as per the action plan.
Summarize the MIS & submit to chairman
Establish system & Organizational change to achieve the organizational goal.
Mailing and drafting the correspond letters for chairman>
Managing calendar, calls, meeting, events, for efficient and effective system of the chairman’s office.
Prepare and coordinate with meeting, MOM, MIS,Financial data & on time required reports by the chairman.
