Full Job Description :-
1. To assist MD in day- to- day operations. Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule.2. To take care of MD’s mail desk, to handle all incoming / outgoing e- mails correspondence. To arrange, coordinate set- up all meetings and conferences.3. Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc. and troubleshooting problems.4. Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member.5. Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.6. Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the MD. Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of.7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written8. Should possess excellent calendar management skills including the coordination of complex executive meetings.9. Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and Shorthand.10. Excellent in organizational skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.11. Experience in PA profile must.12.
