Looking for an Accountant/AdministratorGood knowledge and work experience on Excel, Bank & debtor/ creditor reconciliation, duties and taxes calculation, P&L, balance sheets, inventory updation and management. store keeping/handling.Working in all commercial taxes and legal issues.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTally, MS Excel & Data ManagementPreparation & Maintenance of Books & Accounts.Online Payment & Bank reconciliation.Voucher verification & Follow up.Employee TA & DA Bills Verification and process.Budget preparationDesired Candidate ProfileUpkeeping of Books of AccountsGood command of advanced accountingExcellent verbal & written communication.Hands-on excel.Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, and other transactions)Prepare monthly and quarterly management reportingParticipate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelingManage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysisAbility to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools.Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shift
