Roles and Responsibilities Ability to independently manage the office and correspond with the employees and within the Company.EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP SKILLS Most important requirement.Should have a working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.Good command over englishInternal and external communication related to MD’s office.Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
