Full Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management for efficient implementation of project activities, especially with relevant authorities
Monitoring and evaluation visits to the partner organisations where project interventions will be undertaken
Document the project activities and outcomes regularly and submit the project reports as per committed timelines·Any other responsibility assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Social Work, Graduation or Post-Graduation
Desired work experience of one year preferably in development sector but not necessary
A person with a passion to work with targeted beneficiary groups.
Preference will be given to persons from within the targeted beneficiary communities.
Self-starter and can lead project implementation independently
Organised and a good communicator- written as well as oral
Able to multi-task and willing to travel extensively in the field
A people person with natural flair and passion towards improving quality of life from underprivileged communities
Proficient in communicating in English and Hindi (proficiency in Marathi will be an added preference)
Proficient with MS office
An excellent team player
Remuneration: INR 30,000 per month (Conveyance and communication reimbursement amounts separate)
