Full Job Description :-
1. Drafting all contractual letters in consultation with respect contract team/Project Head and head Ops
2. Guiding respective project contract team to identify the issues in respect of submission of claims.
3. Maintaining MIS tracker for each SPV regarding all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
4. Find out gap in correspondence with all SPV.
5. Document control and coordination with external agencies with the help of documents management system to ensure all correspondence are in one place for future requirements.
6. Coordination with external agencies to identify o claims and arbitration proceeding.

BE/Diploma civil
Desired Experience
More than 7 – 10 years’ experience
Atleast completed one NHAI Road Project
