Full Job Description :-
Location : Mumbai HO
Qualification : in Science / Pharma / Biotechnology
Roles : A CSE is the one who ensures what is promised has been delivered within stipulated time. Being in a continuous touch with the clients, CSE should be able to quickly grasp the context of customer requirements and come up with the right solution. The role is required to take the ownership and provide smooth and optimal customer experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Enquiries and leads management
Attending enquiries through various sources and be a first point of contact to introduce the company and services
Assign leads to respective teams and keeping track of the status
Post Sales
Interacting with enrolled clients and educating them overall process, kit content, protocols and value added services they have opted for
Confirming the details such as expected delivery date, hospital, doctor and looping in staff nurse
Coordinating and scheduling of staff nurses as per EDD
Networking with on call paramedics and arranging their services whenever needed
Coordination with logistics agencies and lab for incoming samples
Effectively resolving client queries or redirecting it to respective teams for quick resolution
Client Relationship Management
Keeping enrolled clients warm by creating touch points through emails, texts, calls
Taking testimonials from existing clients
Effectively implement referral system to generate maximum referrals
Admin
Ensuring accuracy of enrollment and client data in Sales Force
MIS reporting
Desired Candidate Profile :
2-5 yrs experience preferably in B2C segment and healthcare client facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and ability to multitask handling multiple cases simultaneously
Ability to honor timelines
A proactive approach and willing ness to go above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory client experience
