JOB DESCRIPTION
Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Producing written information for customers.
JOB PROFILE
Experience in real estate customer service minimum 2 to 6 years
Excellent communication skills in English
Computer savvy and Knowledge of working in MS Office
Age between 25 to 35 years
Smart, confident and a go-getter
Experience in collection of outstanding dues would be a plus point
Candidates from both genders are welcome
