Position Description Receives information from hospital staff and visitors concerning repairs and unsafe conditions that need attention. Acts as the liaison between customers and the Facilities department and follows up on repairs and services. Notifies and reports any dangerous or unsafe conditions to the Safety department and supports Security when needed.
Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Skills required: Basic computer and office skill; telephone etiquette.
Preferred Requirements Vocational or technical training or degree. 1 year or more of experience in customer service.
