About Our Client
Our client is an Indian promoter family with business interests in several industries and a well-known brand name in the market.
Job Description
As Head – Family Office, you would be working closely with promoter’s office. Your key responsibilities would be:
1. Succession & Tax , Wealth Management, Lifestyle Management, Entity management
2. Manage the overall investment portfolios and operation of the family office
3. Build and maintain a detailed audit of core systems and data assets that are held in these systems
4. Forecast the change in financial market and the family office’s market position
5. Lead the equity investments of the entire group in portfolio companies
6. Provide update to date advice on investment strategies
7. Play a crucial role in the overall Strategy at the group level
8. Analyse and evaluate potential investment opportunities as well as the overall investment strategy
9. Develop a complete understanding of an emerging company by evaluating its market opportunity, competition, product, sales and growth, operations, financial statements and projections, management strength, equity needs, and capital structure
The Successful Applicant
As the ideal candidate, you are a CA / MBA Finance with 8+ years of experience in PE / VC with good experience in capital markets / debt / currencies / real estate. Candidates should currently be working in Wealth advisory, VC or managing family office for promoter’s office.
