THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE INDIA.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for developing eye-catching creatives that represent MPOWER and our product to students, investors, and partners. You should have a demonstrated passion for building and communicating MPOWER’s brand identity across multiple platforms and formats, including social media, marketing collateral, and website. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative with internal teams and partners. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Crafting compelling designs for our digital communications including our advertisements, websites, social media channels, blogs, press releases, and email campaigns
Collaborating with the marketing and product teams, as well as other designers to produce work that speaks to our global audience
Translating complex information and technical text into informative, easy-to-understand visuals (graphics, charts, videos, etc.) and infographics
Establishing communications best practices while maintaining brand standards and our growing library of visual assets
Delivering creative solutions through graphic-design and visual media production to achieve our marketing goals
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree or higher
3+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, tech-first environment
Design experience in a B2C multicultural environment
Mastery of Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience with WordPress
Experience producing high-fidelity wireframes and basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Photography and videography skills are a major plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
