POSITION PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity to connect our people to our global performance, capability, and recognition programs. Your graphic design skills will engage our people through a range of channels, including online collaboration tools, newsletters, online courses, infographics, information packs, and event materials. Design skills will also support a variety of assets that support recognition including digital and printed certificates and trophies for our major recognition programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce innovative and high-quality work that meets our business goals.
Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring on-time, detailed, and polished deliverables across multiple concurrent work streams
Collaborating with stakeholders from across the People Experience community to understand requirements
Creation and production of effective multi-channel campaigns and design solutions.
Executing design work to ensure final deliverables are on brand and impactful to a high degree of accuracy.
Managing the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
Develop and build relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration, efficiency, evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs.
Present concepts and designs to People Experience stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Significant experience as a graphic designer
Passionate about your craft and adaptable to new ways of working.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Good working knowledge of video production – hands-on editing skills
Strong knowledge of print-based graphic design
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
You are a collaborator who understands how to challenge or embrace critical feedback to drive the creation of great work.
Demonstrate a portfolio of work with a proven track record for producing design work to a high quality.
Significant knowledge and experience using industry-standard design (Adobe Creative Suite especially, Illustrator and Photoshop and video editing). Articulate Storyline and/or RISE skills would be highly regarded
Adaptable – the experience of working across teams and needs – close collaboration with Learning and or HR-related teams would be highly regarded
You have the ability to work across multiple concurrent projects and ensure that they are delivered on or before their deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially senior executives
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or equivalent professional experience desirable.
