We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to produce and oversee brand, product and marketing designs for our developer & enterprise audience. In this role, you will collaborate with product & marketing teams to conceptualize and design experiences that promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces across as domains. You will work across our developer facing products as well as other digital assets such as the website, microsites, other campaign and marketing collaterals, while ensuring a high quality as well making sure that we maintain a consistent design and brand language.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a team of developers, analysts and other business stake holders
– Create wireframes , storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas,
– Participate in various projects from concept to implementation. Design high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts to clients and / or internal users
– Understand project needs and determine feasibility of the designs provided
– Translate requirements and mock-ups into responsive, architecturally sound HTML, CSS and JavaScript code
– Create efficient and scalable web interfaces and identify issues with the interface, recommend and implement solutions that improve the design
– Stay up-to-date with web design trends and technologies
– Create landing pages, emailers, social media posts, print and online ads, animations and video stories
– Decide on color palettes, images,text, styles, and layouts
– Create own images and illustrations
– Use design, animation, and editing software
– Think creatively and develop new design concepts
– Apply typography techniques
– Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
Required Candidate profile
– University/College degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience or related work experience
– Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile application
– Familiarity with design techniques such as, storyboarding, user research and wireframes
– Proficiency with design tools (Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
– Understanding of HTML and CSS. (You don’t need to write code)
Salary : ₹ 1,00,000 – 2,00,000 P.A.
