Job briefWe are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.ResponsibilitiesExecute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringConceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsRequirementsProven work experience as a Web DesignerDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioSolid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site mapsProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing toolsProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress for rapid prototypingExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologiesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:CSS: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Design: 1 year (Preferred)
