AIG is currently hiring and has the ability to complete virtual interviews, onboarding, and training. This position is remote work from home until it is safe to return to the office. Therefore, the position does require having the ability to commute to and from our Amarillo, TX or Woodland Hills, CA office.
As a member of Individual Retirement Quality Analyst team you will monitor processing quality and provide feedback to the Quality Coaches for the Individual Retirement Processing Department. You will ensure that quality guidelines are being met while maintaining good working relationships.

Use analytical skills to ensure quality guidelines are being met by business units
Provide information to Quality Coaches to assist with performance discussions
Exhibit strong customer service, leadership, and mentoring skills
Coordinate and support cross-training initiatives expanding the knowledge of the staff
Act as a resource for staff as needed in handling or resolving complex inquiries
Participate, lead and support leadership in quality initiatives for the company
Provide recommendations to management and processors to improve accuracy and efficiency for processors
Assist in implementing new quality procedures and distributing to appropriate staff
Partner with Training to develop training material that address business unit’s needs
What we’re looking for:
1 + year experience in a quality review capacity
Demonstrated ability to use judgment, discretion, and analysis to evaluate and make recommendations to management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers, internal leadership
Demonstrated mentoring, listening and empathy skills
Proven leadership skills and positive attitude with the ability to make consistent, sound and effective decisions with minimal direction
Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management, on and off-site
Ability to multi-task with a variety of systems and processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated record of consistent strong performance
Availability to work non-standard shift hours as required to accomplish critical requirements of the job including overtime
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required/college degree preferred.
