Job Description
Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Product Backlog items. Ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions, calculating, measuring and tracking business value, optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all. Shows what the Delivery Team will work on next and ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and ScrumMaster to build an exceptional product. Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes. Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed. Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Empowers the Delivery Team to determine workload for each sprint. Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements. Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release & sprint planning and retrospectives) as required. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Solid problem solving and analysis skills. Excellent Communication skills including the willingness to translate technical concepts in a clear and concise way that is understandable by users. Leadership and negotiation skills. Committed and highly motivated team player who exemplifies a One-Intel mindset.

Required Education: Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience. Minimum Qualifications: Delivering large, complex enterprise applications aligned to business outcomes while managing cross-matrix dependencies Familiar with DevOps model and SAFe Agile practices Lead Agile persistent team with responsibility for delivering value in the form of a solution or service to supported business organizations and users Manage relationships with solution group and capability group owners to understand, define, and prioritize needs as they relate to Agile persistent team requirements Engage with business across a process area to ensure solutions and products being created will deliver to their needs Validate feasibility of an idea, understand the customer expectations from the product, conduct design due diligence, evaluate business value and risks, and develop a working prototype Guide the evolution of a specific product throughout the product lifecycle with continuously updated and prioritized customer needs Own backlog of stories, product vision, roadmap, and all decision-making related to MVP scope and work prioritization Understand end user pain points and other stakeholder expectations through regular, iterative discussions to deliver a solution of value; effectively communicate and influence business issues upwardly when identified Participate in Change Management process and Change Control Board meetings to evaluate change requests and assess the benefits of Change Requests. Staff resources to meet project demand. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP HANA or Teradata Knowledge of Silicon Manufacturing and Supply Planning concepts like Manufacturing landscape, Item, BOM, Inventory, Demand manufacturing capacity management, TPA binning, DLCP, LLCP, etc

Intel’s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
