Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial, and HR business services to all its business areas.
ROLE PURPOSE:
The role would provide off-shore Data Migration Services to SAP Roll Out Projects across Americas and Europe
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with SAP functional and Business teams to gather data migration requirements and understanding legacy system’s data structures.
Organizing data migration workshops with stakeholders to gather functional and technical specifications of migration objects.
Building, testing, executing and managing data migrations utilising tools such as SAP Data Services and S4HANA Migration cockpit.
Strong experience in the design and implementation of SAP’s ETL solutions such as SAP Data Services and S4 Cockpit, and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs.
Experience in data analysis and reconciliation and able to prove correctness and completeness of migration tasks
Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability.
ABAP knowledge is a big plus
Work Experience: 3 to 6 Years’- Relevant Experience
Industry Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Education: Graduate in Science / Technology
Licensing/Certification: SAP S/4
Functional Knowledge: Discrete Manufacturing / Process
Technical Knowledge: SAP BODS, ABAP, S4 HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC & customizing LTMOM), BAPIs, IDOCs.
Project Management: Familiar with SAP Activate
