Job Purpose

Ensuring the commercial discipline and development for key customer related support and services, establish sales prospecting with Aggregators etc. so as to create strategic landscape for business development and align support allocation & service implementations by commercial regions.

Key Accountabilities

Sales and Service;
To manage sales and service of Auto OEM CustomersNew project approvals and follow upOEM follow upPricing for new projectsEnd to end contact point for customer for business requirementsCompetition information from marketOE production data and planning and IBP implementationCoordination between R&D, QC and technical service and need based.
Margin Control;
Analyse GC movement at SKU level based on HFM report and help business to ensure profit.Low GC products to be monitored along with marketing.
Credit Control;
Maintain account / commercial hygiene and ensure ZERO disputeBalance confirmation and account reconciliation on timeCNs issued as per agreementCustodian of all business agreements and renewal.Ensure cash flow by regular follow upOD within limits

University degree with minimum 1 – 3 years of sales experience in a manufacturing companyPrior sales experience is mandatory and experience handling professional distributors in Appliances, Lubricants, Construction industry or similar will be an advantageShould have the ability to lead and train an indirect team of peopleA strong demonstration of execution skills in previous roles will be an advantageClear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and good interpersonal and influencing skills
