We are seeking exceptional Key Account Managers to manage Franchises and make them Successful.
Sales Self Motivated communication skills Multi-Tasking Business Intelligence (BI) Key account management (KAM) Brand Awareness Relationship Management Marketing Campaigns
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and engaging with them to evolve business models
Revenue generation of the various franchisees and meeting their
revenue targets will be a major responsibility
Implement brand awareness building programs and new product communication programs for all franchisees
Handling the branding & marketing campaigns to thrive the sales of the franchise
Coming up with new marketing strategies & out of the box marketing ideas and ensure with their implementation
Keep the franchisees motivated and assist them with all the contingencies
Liaise with the Marketing and Business Support team on the planning of setting up the Franchisee operations
Co-ordinate, setup and manage new outlets opening from ground zero to smooth opening.
Self-motivated and results-driven approach with an energetic attitude and team working spirit.
Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and more ownership.
High mobility with travelling and working hours considering the importance of growth and not job timings.
Exceptional sales skills along with strong marketing and business intelligence skills with the understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis and other data analysis skills.
Excellent multitasker and organizer, a smart worker
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 1 – 3 years in Sales( Preferred )
Graduation: Bachelor’s Degree( Preferred )
Proficient in English( Preferred )
