Location Director

We are looking to welcome a new Location Director to lead our Augusta Branch. As the Director, you will be responsible for oversight of team members and the execution of day-to-day functions. You will partner with your Area and Regional leaders to create and meet KPIs that ensure financial and clinical success for your operation.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required
Location: Aveanna Augusta, GA Office
Compensation: Competitive base salary, plus monthly incentive, Cell Phone Stipend, Mileage Reimbursement

Director Duties:

Plan and implement branch growth strategies
Interview and hire staff as needed and approved by supervisor with emphasis on recruiting the best qualified candidates.
Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education.
Assure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.
Assure evaluation of each employee annually and establish goals for the upcoming year. Monitor employee progress towards established goals.
In collaboration with our Clinical Department, conduct intake interviews with new client families
Thorough review of financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Oversight of internal billing and collection efforts to generate clean claims
Incident Management/Issue Resolution

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Proficient in English, Bilingual a PLUS.
Home Health experience a PLUS.
2-3 years of Management experience, preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel.
Team player, organization skillset and ability to multitask.
